Is London Fashion Week done already? Seem so… It was less edgy than before, but very romantic instead. What to keep? Here’s my choice.
Alexander McQueen: the cape
All the show was just wow – yeah, there’s no word to describe it. And that cape, I love it. As simple as that. It’s delicate, soft, feminine, romantic, glamorous… What else? Oh yes, I added it to my wishlist so if someone is kind enough… Size 8 dah-ling!
Peter Pilotto: the print
The work on the pattern is once again amazing. It’s delicate and very feminine. I like the way it just falls around the legs. It seems you can wear that dress with everything, from a leather jacket – for the edgy touch – to a (faux) fur coat to keep it romantic. I like also the association of blue and red. You just want to be in that dress, won’t you?
Burberry: the oversized coat
In autumn and much more in winter, you want to keep warm and I’m glad the oversized trend is not over yet. Wrap up yourself, never be cold and still keep it stylish. That’s a great rule.
JW Anderson: the bright shoes
I know the JW Anderson show was all about ruffles but these shoes caught my eyes. When it’s all dark and cold outside, you want a shiny outfit to spice up your life a bit. Personally, I wouldn’t go for a total look. Just keep your outfit casual and put on your dancing shoes!
Next time, let’s see what to keep from Milan Fashion Week…
