Spring has sprung (so have the spots on your face)

Hello, Spring! Mother Nature is blooming… and it’s celebration time for the spots on your face. No need for a panic attack, though. Here’s an easy 3-Step cleaning process.
Spring

1- Wash

Cleanance Gel cleanser, Avene – £8.25

This is your first step: wash your face with an appropriate cleanser. Avène offers products you can trust beyond doubt, thanks to its thermal spring water. As it’s soapless, it cleans gently.

2- Exfoliate

Visibly Clear Pink Grapefruit Daily Scrub, Neutrogena – £4.79

Once your skin is clean, you can exfoliate it. Why does your skin need to be washed before? Exfoliation will work better as you get rid of all the superficial dirt.

3- Treat

Mud mask Purifying & Mattifying, Sephora – 13.95€

Now your face is absolutely clean, you can go even deeper as your pores are opened, but still gently, with this mask. If you rather go for a home-made mud mask, you can. How? Buy a pack of green clay, add some essential oil – tea tree, lavender and clary sage work great against acne – and mix with water.

Bonus:
If your skin is damaged (acne scars, blemishes, etc), apply a small amount of the Puriskin Resurfacing Cream by Vanessa Blake Cosmetics with clean fingers. It works, and smells absolutely delicious – like the baby care products.

End up with your usual day cream. That’s it! Easy.
